Non-Craigslist but finally picked up an Air-dyne through an auction for $106. Everyone on Craigslist wanted $200 - $225. I called a couple and they were firm on the price. Their listings have been up for over 2 weeks which is a a long time. Air-dynes are usually gone pretty quick unless they are overpriced.

Only bad part is that I have to drive an hour to pick up, but to save $100 is worth the drive. Of course, after the auction was over, one was posted locally for $145. Would be nice to avoid the drive, but I had to give a credit card number to register for the online auction.

That york rack is 30 minutes from me. It's too bad I can't fit it (stupid ceiling where I am is not even 8'). For the money, I couldn't beat that deal. Very nice find.

I'm a bit confused. 74 pages of listings and the problem is??? If you're working a deal than what's the problem? Just a question because I've found a bunch of deals because of this thread and I'm sure I missed a few also because of this thread...

What sells depends on demand as well as pricing and varies with location and also timing. There's no standard except that it should be less than retail... though sometimes people have trouble understanding that concept. Sometimes people on the forum post something that they think is a great deal and I think it's way too high. And sometimes the opposite is the case. Prices vary.

Wait a couple weeks... at least until after the holidays ...before rushing to conclusions. If you're not in a hurry, then let it sit. Maybe people in your region aren't looking right now. Sometimes it may take time to find the right buyer unless you're letting everything go at bargain prices.

If your purpose was just to advertise your sale on the forum then mission accomplished.

It does not have a foot plate, so it won't work well with tricep pushdowns or other standing exercises unless you bolt it down. No low pulley.

It looks like the thigh pad attachment is missing. It should fit in the post in front of the seat. If you are resourceful you may be able to adapt a leg attachment from a cheap bench.

It does come with some attachments, though.

Fro $50 (or less) it may be worthwhile to use it until you find something more suitable. You should be able to sell it for what you paid for it.

Yeah, definitely. I just sold 3 kits - two 75s and a 120lb set. The 75s go for around $400 and I sold the 120lb for $550. $500-$550 is about where the 120lb kit goes.

Saw this one several days ago and was considering getting the FI bench and storage rack. I already have a BodyMasters FI bench, so the Magnum would just be extra (or a flip). Maybe someone in the Milwaukee or Chicago area will grab some of this equipment.
