Iron company t bar
What do you guys think? I like the idea of an alternate grip for pressing/deads.
Thanks I'm going to grab it after work.Last edited by Wheyum; 03-03-2015 at 08:14 AM.

Thoughts about the bench please!

I could use the weights, bench, and bar. Seems like a decent price overall assuming the bench is a decent brand/model? I can't make it out in that picture.
Edit: All that is left is the bench. The brand is Exertec.Last edited by Requiem238; 03-03-2015 at 08:59 AM.

Any known issues with this FID bench? How much is it worth?

Cool
lol yeah you're right. Could that possibly have caused damage to the bench? Getting the bench for $75 would be amazing. Really getting any decent bench for under $100 would elate me.
Edit: Dude won't go under $140 for the Keys bench lol...Last edited by Requiem238; 03-03-2015 at 11:17 AM.

Reversing the foot is pretty common since the stupid things stick out far enough to be a tripping hazard. Personally, I'd just replace it with a straight piece of 2x2 square tubing or chop the stock one down to just the straight section in the middle.
Unless your routine flat-out requires the use of a FID bench right now, I'd opt for a quality flat bench of the correct height, and just keep an eye out for a good deal on a used commercial FI or FID bench."What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

I bought the older model one (exact same design, except for the padding) for $15, a pilates gym was closing down. i agree with stashers comments that is't on par with the body solid stuff. the bench sits at 19" so it is pretty high.....
stasher: do you mean the "U" shaped legs should be turned towards the head of the bench rather than away like they have in their stock pic?
any hoo, i ended up listing the bench on CL and it sold within 48 hrs for $175 so YMMV

Not about a posting per se, but does anyone else get annoyed by the sheer number of delusional sellers on CL?
I've been back and forth with someone who will not budge on his 'fair price' because he paid $1000+ for something from a dealer and doesn't understand a CL fair price is half that. I'm trying to explain that I could have something delivered refurbished with new padding for $200 less than he's asking but he just doesn't get it.
I guess ppl can be stubborn when they don't understand how things work but meh.
The worst is when they actually get offended that you're not offering them full dealer price for something, crazy.
