This is my first ever log pretty excited. Thank you to 5six and controlled labs for the chance.
So cotton candy is CL newest flavor of purple wraath, for those that dont know purple wraath is an essential amnio acid/BCAA drink. For this log ill be using it as an intra workout drink.
so right now im in between semesters so i have been working out 4 days a week my schedule looks like this
Monday: chest & arms
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: back and shoulders
Friday: cardio and core
Then i just rotate them, i have been doing a 5x5 workout program. My first workout was this morning

All in all felt pretty good had 2 scoops in 20 ounces of water and i felt it gave me a little more endurance than i normally have so early in the morning. Ad far as taste goes not my favorite but not to bad doesnt taste like cotton candy to me more like raspberry. Did notice some tingles from the beta alanine but not for long and wasnt intnese.

Today is a rest day, but i wanted to mention soreness or lack there of. Im not saying im not sore but its not my usual post leg day soreness. I can actually walk. Normally leg day keeps me sore 3-4 days with day 1-2 being the worse legs so sore they can barely bend. Today i feel like im on day 3 which is nice.

Just got back from gym, today i mixed one scoop with 12 ounces of water and what a difference it made. It tasted much much better. One thing i forgot to mention is the other supplements im using pretty much just the basics; multi, fish oil, protein, and currently using a fat burner.

Today was chest bis and tris. Done my 5x5 routine. Same weights as above. Felt gassed from the beginning. Just figured i was still exhausted from yesterday got up at 5 didnt go to sleep till midnight so a long day. Every had one of those days where every rep on every set hurt? That was my day today. Hopefully better tomorrow

Much better workout today guess the rest day really helped. The purple wraath speeds up recovery so i can hit the gym hard after a good rest day. Quads cramped a little today but nothing to bad

Worked out yesterday after clinicals tried back day but back was very tight couldnt stretch it loose so i cut weights short didnt want a back injury.

Arm day
Had a pretty good workout today, gym was empty love it when it is like that. Its been a long long week in school. I use the gym as a way to decompress so i needed the workout and when its empty its so quite like church i love it.
Today is last update been one month already wow where did it go. Id like to again thank 5six and cl for the logging chance i had fun and i have to say im impressed with cl products i will be buying more
