This isnt impressive. I know 14 year olds on my football team who benched just as much or more. Im not saying he is weak or anything, benching 207 at 14 is good, but this isnt mindblowing or anything. Now if this was like 300 or something Id be shocked.

Yeah what made me unimpressed was that the plates were turned toward the outside and there were no collars. not safe benching.

what the **** does it matter what way they were placing. you are wrong for two reasons

the plates fit together better if theyre turned outside. try it sometime

Actually the plates fit better if they're flat against one-another facing inward, thank you.

And if you get stuck, you're pretty ****ed since you don't have a spotter, but at least your floor won't be messed up.

If you look carefully he has safety bars on the side, so it's fine.

no, i want a mod to close it because the reason the thread was posted (bench max) has been settled. youre weights must be different, but mine fit better the way i have them.

i have them at a height to where when i bench with my chest up, they are lower, but if i was stuck i can go flat against the bench and it catches it
