This isnt impressive. I know 14 year olds on my football team who benched just as much or more. Im not saying he is weak or anything, benching 207 at 14 is good, but this isnt mindblowing or anything. Now if this was like 300 or something Id be shocked.

Yeah what made me unimpressed was that the plates were turned toward the outside and there were no collars. not safe benching.

what the **** does it matter what way they were placing. you are wrong for two reasons
the plates fit together better if theyre turned outside. try it sometime
