I'm sitting around 13-14% body fat (i think) probably less, 6 ft 1 and 18 years old,working out 4 times a week plus extra sport on the side.
I've decided to go on a reverse diet to my maintenance as i have been in a deficit for roughly a year now as I've been bouncing from diet to diet not gaining muscle really at all. summer is in 4 months and was wondering whether I could lean bulk for 3 months and cut for a month straightaway after my reverse diet or should i cut after my reverse diet before i bulk but would i be able to gain much muscle in that shorter time frame. I've been training for a year now also. i would probably say i was skinny fat but not massively and was seeking some general advice what to do before summer to look as good as i can in the time frame before summer. Alternatively could i bulk for 3 weeks and cut for 1 week and repeat that cycle to limit fat gain and stay at a lower BF%? before summer?
