Nice sticky, very informative. Good job bro!

Just a quick question, is there a possibility of you discussing about arganine and glutamine too?

Can someone educate me as to why a 10lb bag of mass gain only has 28 servings in it?

Yeah it's ridiculous. I think people should just avoid those mass gainers. I had one with a 60g serving and that only had 25g of protein. Honestly 60g in 500ml (suggested serving) would taste horrible.
I think Whey seems more expensive, but once you work out how much you are getting per serve it is quite good.

Mass Gainers are Mass lamers, unless I have missed some good ones.

Is there anyone of you guys putting your micronized creatine in your mouth then drink water? If not can I just mix it with hot water because its really hard to dissolve it on room temperature water. Thanks a lot.

Can anybody direct me to the cheapest protein to price ratio supplements out there? Currently the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate, 2 lbs off of Amazon gives me the best bang for my buck at $22.00 for 26 servings of 34 grams with 30 grams of protein, but I was hoping that there might be a cheaper option out there for a poor college student as I still go through this pretty fast.

Question I am about to take creatine for the first time while im on a low carb diet.

I heard from the hodgetwins that there is no point in doing that, because you will pee it all out. But from other people they say that I need it for more strength. Do I take it?
