can anyone help me out here, Im kinda super confused.
I bought a CREATINE from Canada i though it would be same as USA one but now i figured out that
Bought From Canada (Walmart):

Creatine Hydrochloride (HCl) 750 mg
Beta-alanine 250 mg
Chromium 100 mg
USA product:
Serving Size: 1 Scoop (2g)
Servings Per Container: Approx. 120
Amount Per 1 Scoop %DV
Creatine Hydrochloride (HCl) 750 mg
Creatine Monohydrate 750 mg
Suggested Use: Mix 1 scoop with 120mL to 180mL of cold water and consume 4 times daily. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Take separately from products containing caffeine. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks and consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 10 weeks. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
but in the other hand it says its a post workout supplement. I'm bit confused now how should i take it.

I have been working out for 7 months now. Lost the weight i wanted and met my goal. Now im trying to gain a little muscle mass so I tyring out Nitro Tech from Muscletech. Should I just use half the recommended dose on my days that i go to the gym? If I do will I still get some help from it. At this time im still loosing weight without trying. Just going to the gym like i normally do. One day on and one day off etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciate it.

Urgent help
Hi. I am new and had a serious question.
Going to start serious lifting in about a weeks time and have a serious routine in place. In the routine it says to take nitraflex but I am REALLY not comfortable with it as so many say they have felt breathless. I found an alternative called GAT PMP but it says it is from the same people who made nitraflex. Does this mean it will have same side effects?
I am wanting to take something without these side effects so please do let me know which is the safest option for me.
I would appreciate any other help for a new person like me

I have a question about serious mass gainer. The 12 lbs bag I ordered from bodybuilder came in but it didn't even come with a scooper. Or at least it's buried cause I couldn't find one. so how much exactly is a "heaping scoop".
is it just like the one scoop we get from the normal whey protein packs?
or is it a lot bigger.
Also my package of creatine didn't come with a scooper either.

I take creatine 1 time per day in a capsule in the morning. Then 45 min to 1 hour before working out. I skip my day off on Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday.
I read a report that says since it will stay in your body for weeks its ok to skip days and not see a major drop.
So I guess Im doing it right for now.Thanks for any help and ideas.

Protein is protein. Liquid or solid, as long as you get it. So absolutely fine to take this anytime you want. Scientifically, it's probably best after fasting (first thing in the morning) or post workout to get direct effect. This is a good brand though, it's fairly inexpensive and frankly is tasty at the same time.
