Damn, I can't imagine how it must have felt approaching that beach in a Higgins boat 70 years ago...

I have a AAC 762-SDN-6 and an Octane 45HD. Waiting for my SWR Spectre II to get out of ATF jail. Another month or two at least.
I like my SDN-6 but it's heavy and long on a 16" barrel. Making me want a SBR even more. The mounting system is more annoying than I thought, but can't say I'd chose anything else instead.
Get one before Remington batches make it out. (AAC just got absorbed by FreedomGroup)

Went out and did some early morning shooting with my Pop's .303. I was on the ground for a total of 30 minutes and ended up with eight ticks on me. This season has been crazy. Even using Off hasn't helped.
I decided to get up and run my Sig P250. I still don't like the trigger. I'm definitely not a double action only fan. I think it will be going in to the shop for trade or consignment soon. I've kept it around for over a year hoping it would grow on me. It hasn't and honestly never will. The reset is too far and the pull is over 7.25lbs as tested with a friends Wheeler Trigger Pull Scale. In comparison my Glock trigger is pulling at 5lbs - 5.5lbs consistently and has a much shorter reset.
The P250 is a good gun. It just isn't for me. If it was DA/SA I might like it. I like CZ's even though the DA pull is nearly 10lbs. That 4.5lb SA and short travel is golden on the CZ though. The Sig just keeps giving that long heavy pull over and over again with no relief in sight and no chance of riding the reset for fast and accurate strings.Back In the Driver Seat with ErgoDrive

lol at basketball, lol at labronda. Wagers on that 'leg cramp' just being a different way to flop and be a drama queen attention whore?
Do want.
That bark...I think it took a couple years of adjustment before ours could suddenly BARK without my heart skipping a beat.
UPS drivers fear him.
Uverse is slow. Are you actually getting 28? If so, that's good for Uverse. We switched from them to Comcast and went from 14 or so to 54.

LOL . . . yeah, that's a GSD puppy. They don't call them "land sharks" for nothing--those teeth are brutal and they want to use them on everything. Don't worry, they grow out of it . . . . . . . . eventually. Ours was absolute hell on hands, feet, arms, pant legs and some furniture. You just have to try and redirect them with a chew toy. Once the puppy teeth are gone, they really ease up on that stuff.

Oh the glory days of 56kbs modems and AOL.
The bad thing is, my connection is peaking at about 480kb/s seconds this morning. So, I'm not even really up on the modern speeds. Time Warner won't run cable out here and the phone company swears they can't get us anything faster. I'm only four miles from downtown. I'm less than two miles from a highly concentrated housing development. Yet, no modern world for me.
Oh well, at least I can go in the back yard and fire off a couple dozen rounds without questions.Back In the Driver Seat with ErgoDrive
