I think by log they mean just a review, I had same problem with the combat when I messaged him and asked about it he said review but you gotta make sure

Yeah , I don't know I like having the expectations clear to prevent any let downs/confusion but I'm not sure exactly what a log would show unless it's weekly I guess .

Would like to give Iron Mass a try a little over 2 months ago I actually started being in maintenance from a lengthy 6 month bulk of 30 pounds. It's been working well for me. I'm sure Banana proteins would taste great and have lots of pop but I never had one before and it's be a good time to maybe add a couple of pounds as well as trying a different and exciting flavor to put it to the test!
