So a small back story - last year in June I was 3 months into serious lifting after having done p90x as a fat burner the year before when I tore my posterior labrum during incline bench press. I had to take 6 months off completely and do PT before returning to build basic strength in January.
Since I have started a semi-clean bulk from February to now. Here are a few pics of my progress with approximate dates.
1. February 2013 (post p90x pre-lifting)
2. June 2013 (3 days pre-injury)
3. Bicep January 2014
4. Front March 2014 (not yet comfortable taking off shirt)
