This was the first week 35lbs Lost so far 229 in this picture 194 in the picture above

It's much lower than 22-24%, I would say 16-17%
Bench: 200x1 (meh)
Squat: 350x1
Deadlift: 375x1

Deadlift - 530lbsx1 @205lbs
Squat - 400lbsx1 (Very easy) @205lbs
Bench - 310lbsx1 @200lbs
Total = 1240lbs
Shooting for a 1300lbs Total!

If you're around 6', I'd say you're floating around %19-21 IMO
