    Hey! It's like almost 2 years of training but I think I'm not quite good . That's why I would like to have opinions, advices and suggestions

    Hit each muscle twice a week, be in a caloric surplus, get adequate protein, focus on increasing either reps or weight from your last session every session in the gym. There is nothing else to it.
