Squatted today, haven't squatted in maybe 2 weeks.. Lost 10 lbs on my working sets, which isn't all that bad.

Pretty much the safest way to go about doing it..
I don't get much doms anymore because I have had such a high frequency before and still squat heavy twice a week as well as deadlifting once a week.
I remember when I just started SS, I was legit crawling up the stairs to the kitchen in the morning lolNo hate on the mod
