Well, I just want to start out by Thanking the guys over at Core Nutritionals for selecting me to log another one of their products. This will be my first time running a product such as CORE HARD and I am like a little kid on Christmas waiting to see what types of results I might have. Last year I got pretty grainy towards the end of my prep and I hope that the HARD will get me to that point a bit quicker, and beyond. I want to beat my previous best every time I step on stage. I've actually been running Core BURN and am on my second bottle and have some ALPHA on the way as well, so for a time I'll be running the HARD ABS(HARD ALPHA BURN STACK). I really hope things get ridiculous and my conditioning gets blown away from last year.
Goals: IFPA or WNBF Pro Card
Supplements: Core HARD, Core Burn, Core ABC, Multi, Fish Oils, Whey, Core Fury, Core PWO.......The reasoning behind the Core products is because of no proprietary blends and you know EXACTLY what you are getting. I want to know every single thing that is going into my body this prep.
Training: 5x per week strength, Cardio 5x per week HIIT & 1x per week with a longer session that usually runs about 45mins or so..........Starting some Isometric training with a guy who has reached out and wants to help me dial it in with my training. Should be doing that assessment within a day or 2 here.
Macros: High Protein, Moderate Carb, Moderate fats. 1 Weekly refeed day per week with 300-500+ carbs. I've been experimenting with this a bit. Seems like my body has been responding great to the 425+ carb days.

Def! Can't wait to see what the coming weeks have in store!
Love the Core product line! It's awesome that they released the new line of products as well.
BIG UPDATE!
Sorry for the lack of posts this week! I've been CRAZY BUSY! Worked about 50 hours, starting a new business soon, working with clients, had 3 clients compete over the weekend, etc....I'll def do a better job of keeping this updated. I was worn down earlier this week and just had little to no energy. Started a deload around mid-week and actually took a couple of days completely off and a break from prep for a few days and enjoyed a few relaxed days without the worries of the scale or tracking absolutely everything. This isn't the norm for me while on prep, but I'm playing things by ear at this point. I have so much going on that I don't want to have to have an exact deadline just yet for a competition date. I was looking at June 7th or 21st for my first show of the year, but that could get pushed back at this point with my Diet Doc business getting started in the next couple of weeks.
My clients have been killing it and I had my first figure girl end up getting her Pro Card over the weekend, with my physique guy finishing 4th, and bikini girl 2nd.
HARD: Still dialing it in! Did the handheld bf caliper the other day and got a reading of 4.7%.......can't complain with that.

WELL, LIFE GOT CRAZY!!!
First I would like to apologize to the guys over at Core for not devoting enough time to this log. Doug puts out an amazing product line and as you can see I fully support Core Nutritionals 100% and it is one of the only brands I trust to take during a contest prep that way I know EXACTLY what is going into my body without any bs fillers or proprietary blends.
I WILL run another CORE HARD log in the near future because I purchased another bottle. I'm in the process of starting my Diet Doc business and with all of that going on, getting sick, and traveling for corporate training this was just not a great time. I'm actually going to continue with this same log from day 1 once I can nail down a show. I'm still running ALPHA and about to finish my first of 2 bottles.
From the time I was kicking butt at my prep, the HARD was working extremely well! I don't think I've ever been so lean at the bodyweight in the last pics I had posted. I've pushed back my show dates TBD, but in no way, shape, or form have my goals changed. I will get that IFPA or WNBF Pro card that I've been chasing.
