1 year progress pictures! 30+ lbs of muscle!

Well this year I took bodybuilding very seriously. On the top was last year I was 205lbs, on the bottom was a week or so ago at 237lbs. Same bf% in both. Same poses. It's just nice to see all the hard work paying off reps for all!

Gread job man, but 30 lbs of muscle in a year sounds fishy because you don't look like a begginer, specially with same bf% tbh i dont really care if you was on steroids or not, you worked your ass off to earn those 30LBS good job!
