    Insane bro, insane. Let's just say I'm really not cut out for Algebra. I can't stand it. Just been dealing with a lot family wise and trying to keep up with life ya know?

    The lifts are tough now especially. I'm down to about 193, and every pound makes it that much harder to keep up with lifts.

    Not too bad my man. Busy as all hell. Moved my sister into her apartment, been doing a lot of station hours, working and trying to keep up with homework. Blah. All my weights have been coming up fine surprisingly. But the weight on me is getting harder to take off. Yesterday was a medium day that went:

    The idea date program is to run it until you pass the twelve rep heavy day with body weight squats. I think after that I may run Layne Norton's PHAT due to the fact that I respond very well to lots of volume.
