Day 14
I am surprised how sore my chest is today. I thought by going to absolute failure yesterday, my triceps and shoulders would be sore with minimal chest soreness, but my chest feels like it was completely isolated.

Day 17
I decided to stick with flat bench as my heavy movement. I am going to run an awesome stack starting June 1st, and want to deload the week before. The log will be complete before the deload. I just thought it would be useless to start going heavy on military press because by the time my body get used to the heavy weight and results in a good session, it will be time to deload.

Core Hard - I tried to get pictures, but I cannot get quality shots by myself. They look blurry and my posing is terrible. By the way my boxers and weight training belt fit, I can tell my waist has shrank a tad even with a little weight gain. I am also more vascular throughout the day.August 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!

Core Hard - Man my legs were looking juicy today when training. The separation in my hamstrings is more visible and my quads look amazing, especially when doing extensions The weights felt so light today. I had an amazing pump going and just blew through this session.August 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!

Core Hard - I decided to go up in weight on my incline press. I should have just wet up in weight for one set. I had to do a rest pause on the last set to hit 8, but I was glad to hit the first two sets at 8 reps. I also had to use the seated shoulder press station like last week. I was able to hit my reps without a rest pause this week.August 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!

Core Hard - I don't know what has been going on, but I have felt very good this week. Weights and or reps have been going up in all areas. I am looking good too. Vascualrity is noticeable all day. I am heading into my final week. Some updates may be a day or so behind this week. I am starting a new position at work and I will be training a lot and I was scheduled to work others positions as well. Need to make that money to pay for my final year of school!August 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!

Recovery has been phenomenal. My legs are usually a little sore on Tuesday, my hypertrophy leg days which is only 48 hours after my heavy leg day, but I have not had any DOMS in my legs. On top of that, I have been doing HIIT once and a while too which contributes to me being surprised. Sleep has been great every night. I am in a deep sleep. I will wake up to use the bathroom twice, but get right back to sleep. I feel well rested the next morning, even when I do not get 8 hours. Body comp is good, I want to save that for the final review.

Core Hard - Somehow, I ended up with 4 caps yesterday, my final day. Instead of dosing all 4, I did two yesterday and two today. So, the log is complete. I have to work tomorrow morning and run errands in the afternoon. I am going to try to write my final review, but if that is not up tomorrow, it will be on Monday for sure. It was very fun to run Core Hard, stay tuned.August 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!

Core Hard Final Review
Fist, I want to say thank you to AllGenetix for allowing me to log this new product. This was my first time using a product from Core and I must say, it has made me a future customer of this and other products in their line.
Starting Weight - 149.2
Ending Weight - 149.8
Strength
Strength gains were very good in my opinion. I do not train for strength, so I do not really care about how strong I am. I gained .6 pounds in the 29 days and my major lifts, except for bench, went up 10 pounds. My isolations went up as well. Considering I do not train for strength, gained only .6 pounds, and I was barely over maintenace cals, I think the strength I gained was very good. I was honestly not even expecting to gain that much in the strength department during the log. 10/10
Sleep
Wow. Sleep was great. Even when I had a lot going on between finals, my computer crashing and re-writing papers, and some car troubles, I was able to sleep very well. Nights that I did not get the 8 hours I usually need, I still felt very rested. I would wake up 2 times a night usually to use the bathroom and I was able to go right back to sleep. Last night was my first time not using Core Hard pre bed and I did wake up a little more tired than I have been the past month. It is not the best product I have used in terms of sleep, but it is up there. 9/10
Recovery
Recovery was beyond what I expected. My legs are usually a little sore on my Tuesday session since I hit them heavy on Saturday, but I had no DOMS at all on Tuesday's. I always felt recovered even though I was hitting each muscle group 2 times a week. In addition, I did HIIT cardio on my two off days, my legs felt great. 10/10
Other Effects
I did not know where to place this, I am not going to rate it, but give you an idea of some other things I experienced while using Core Hard. First, my pumps were a little better, nothing spectacular, but better. One things that did seem to be better improved was my endurance. I was able to go a further distance in the same amount of time during cardio. Each week, my times improved.
Body Comp
Overall, my body comp improved. I think my legs came up a little. I looked fuller throughout the log as well. My waist is a little smaller as well. I can tell by how jeans fit and the belt loop I use. My back looks drier and harder as well. I am more vascular, especially throughout the day even when I am hours past training. As far as how hard and lean I look, I would say, I look drier, but not as dry as some other products I have used. My look has definitely improved though, do not get me wrong. Regarding all that, I would give Core Hard a 9/10
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Core Hard to someone cutting or recomping to help achieve that dry look. I also think a person with one of those goals could benefit from Core Hard because they would be able to maintain and maybe gain strength while looking their best. Also, the better sleep and recovery can help a person who does not have the most calories in their diet to help with recovery. The deeper sleep means better recovery too. As far as someone bulking, I would say if one wanted to help limit fat, Core Hard could help, but I would not personally use it while full out bulking. My final rating is a 9.5/10August 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!
