Tuesday 5/20/14: Legs

Today was my first attempt to squat anything more than bodyweight. I took me almost a minute under the bar to convince myself to decend. I. Was. Hesitant. I dont want to be back at square one. I never hit parallel on the box squats and was pain free. I tried to do some high touch-n-go squats. I started to feel a little pain during those so I stopped after a few. Maybe the speed is where the pain comes in?
Everything else I did was parallel at least and pain free. It will be a while before I squat parallel or lower but it's a start.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL
