Training Week of 10/8/18
I made a couple of PR's this week but still struggling on Thursdays. Wade introduced me to tempo squats which were hard to adjust to at first but I think I'm getting the hang of them.

I was hoping to get the second set of 130x3 but I was shot and didnt even have it in me to fight it out. I'm happy I got the first set though because that means the first one a few weeks ago wasnt a fluke or a one time PR.
I wish I had held the bar over me after the first set of 130 like I would have to do in a meet. Next time.....

Hey all. I'm good just busy. Training is consistent but I don't seem to have time to post these days. Our company was bought out at the end of last year. I took on a bigger role and it's just crazy. Spending 2 to 3 hours on the road every day doesn't help either. I finally uploaded a back log of videos recently. I'll try to do this past weeks and post here.

It is only temporary if I quit my job which I dont plan on doing. I may have the option to work from home some which would definitely help.
The traffic has been worse for the past couple of months because a barge hit the bridge on one of the major freeways. They have half the lanes shut down until its repaired so people are taking my route as an alternative. it makes my drive home about 20-30 minutes longer. Ugh that sucks about the longer commute, sounds like that accident farked up a lot of people's every day lives. Whoever is responsible for that barge hitting the bridge deserves to be cursed with every pizza they ever get falling on the ground toppings side down, srs, don't screw up traffic man.

Notes:
Failed 3rd rep at 130 on bench. Tired. A couple of weeks ago I failed a paused 135 which I haven't done in forever so Wade pulled back a tad and added microplates.
Squats suck as usual.
