I'm planning to cut off water the evening before and food maybe a little earlier in the day.
We have decided on openers. Squat will be conservative because I'm super worried about that particular lift.
Bench - 52.5 kg / 115.5 lbs
Squat - 62.5 kg / 137.5 lbs
Deadlift - 115 kg / 253 lbs

Yay Penny! So excited for you!!!! I'm sure 123 and change is possible. I feel like water with lemon helps flush out excess water easily, and eating higher fiber/beans/fruit/veggies a lot helps you go. I used to drink green smoothies with a lot of spinach, cucumber, celery, ginger, apple, berries, etc. and I was like clockwork for the first time in my life.

Preworkout makes me very sick and caffienated sodas give me acid reflux so I avoid caffiene most of the time.
I was looking more for water flushing above what I'm already doing which is drinking a ton of water.
I wonder what the lemon does??
I think my last meal on Thursday will be a liquid meal if I'm borderline. Something like what you described above. I need to be 123 just to be safe in case my scale is off.
Thanks!POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL

Lemon is a diuretic??
I don't believe in that voodoo
Is Miralax going to make me sh!t my pants?!? I've never taken it. Products like that always make me fear feeling like I'm prepping for a colonoscopy!
It is I'm on the fence about my excitement though.

Everything was light today. It's the last day for real lifting. Accessories tomorrow then nothing until Saturday. I weighed exactly 125.0 again this morning so I have 2 lbs to lose to be safely in the 123.5 class.
On Monday I decided I didn't want to wear myself out since I had to do all three lifts that day. I cut my warm up down drastically. I realized during those sets that my lengthy warm ups are more about gaining confidence than actually warming up. I use that time to practice form and prepare myself for the heavier weight. I shouldn't need to prepare myself for the weight though. I felt just as warm yet less exhausted during Monday's session compared to previous weeks. I know Wade has told us all this before but some things I have to come around to myself. My goal in the future is to cut down warm up sets by the number of sets and reps.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL

I'm trying to do less warm up sets now too, based on things Wade has said.
I am starting to do more time just warming up the body in general now rather than warm up sets. More walking, dynamic stretching. My body always feels slightly bad thoughTeam Ogre Mascot

I need to rely on my warm up from physical therapy on squat and dead days and have more confidence
That is the plan. I'll have to hand my phone to someone to video so I have something to send to Wade in between attempts. In case adjustments need to be made.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL
