Yes it was planned. I bought some new slacks for work a while back and before I could have the length altered I could no longer wear them. Ok fine....fast forward a few months. I bought some even bigger slacks and yet again I grew out of them before I could get them altered. At that point I was pissed so I decided to stop eating so much. I started counting calories and after a few weeks I dropped about 7 or 8 lbs. Enough to get back in those (still) new slacks. I wouldn't mind dropping more but I'm afraid of what it may do to my strength and recovery.

I feel like I'm never going to hit that 115x6 much less surpass it. It eludes me every time and it is really pissing me off

I am a homicidal mess at the moment. I need the gym soon or someone is going to get the ever loving shiit-life choked out of them.
I can only assume that with age comes pain. I don't want to agree with that but hell, everythime I turn around, somethings fukced up. Usually I can work through it but, well, right now.life........
Oh, and Murphy showed her ugly head again today so........yup, no gym.
See if you can get a few reps in for me while you are at it. I hope to be back to some sort of demented normalcy soon.....I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....
