    4 months result

    Hello
    here are my results of 4 months gym.
    but i'm a little unconfident about them.
    can you please tell me how i am doing?

    Yeah we need a before pic, we don't know how you looked when you started out.
    We don't even know if you've been bulking or cutting, you look lower than 16% bf to me.
    If you've been bulking how much weight you gained and how much your big lifts gone up?

    when i started i wanted to cut down but i red here you should eat a lot and bulk up for mass so the 2nd month i started bulking around 18-20% and now i wanted to cut but i was not sure if i should cut or bulk up a while. my bench gained 25kg's/55,11 pounds

    don't be fooled by some of the threads you see here, most people don't magically add tones of muscle in just a few weeks and months, you've got to be thinking about where you want to be next summer.
    Saying that I'd say adding 25kg/55lbs to your bench in 4 months shows it's been a successful bulk to me, don't forget to stick to the big movements, squats, bench, pull ups/chin ups, shoulder press etc etc to see the biggest changes in size/strength.
    Flex your arm hard as you can, measure it, make a note, do it again in a months time, keep doing that and you'll be able to record how much size increase you got.
