    applying again! here we go, third times a charm! I really want to log this product because one im almost out of protein and need some good high quality protein in order to achieve my goal of building muscle. This product will help me a lot because its an isolate protein powder not just any ordinary whey protein powder! And on the other note its by labrada so it had to be good! Whey protein is a must to achieve my goals. If I cant get a high quality protein powder to take in right after my workout it will be a lot harder for me to achieve my goal! I think I can do an awesome log because using a labrada product your going to get some gains of course! and a tub of this stuff over a month or two with good nutrition and a good workout plan you'll see some real gains and that is what I want! I hope this coming Monday I'll be the winner! if not im trying again the following Monday! im not giving up! haha

    I Would like to Apply for Power Carb Gametime. After my diet season ends (2 weeks) I will be looking to add some muscle and weight back on so, with the added carbs you can have pre, intra, or post this will be a great spike in energy and help get back to pushing extreme weight and help in the aided recovery process. Especially with the possability of a career change and having to go through intense physical and mental aspect the Power Carb drink would be ideal to keep energy high and hunger at bay during the training.

    you will fall in love with it i've had the best pumps off of this, and the energy is always there gotta love the 0 sugar + some electrolytes its great

    ive tried the lean pro 8 and absolutely loved it the flavor is undeniably awesome I've been hitting it hard with low carb diet and revised my app for this week exercise and think with iso lean pro maybe I can hit my goals and get a six pack soon also had a question are all the guys realy labrada family members? Geez got some beast in the family tree. Lost over 30 lbs in last 3 months want to make a drastic change with diet and exercise so far so good would be great to log and review your product thanks for your time hope to be a winner

    i came accross the iso leanpro wow 1 carb a serving now thats the type of stuff i need in my low carb diet ISO LeanPro 100% Whey Protein Isolate is an great source of all the essential amino acids that i need to recover faster and is high in bcaas with the zero carb and zero sugars its perfect for my low carb diet I've been working real hard and who wants fillers and junk in there protein powder not me thats for sure with a trusted brand like labrada how could i go wrong if the ISO lean pro taste as good as the lean 8 pro im sure it will be a winner I've tried multiple brand and labrada is in the top for sure was looking through the success stories wow these are some amazing stories

    Im going alone. Crazy I know. About 8 weeks out I am going to work with a posing coach and work out a routine for the night show. I am going to do a 20 week run. This way I can tweak as needed if not progressing and bring someone in if needed.

    You finally got around to trying it? It's definitely in my top 3 vanillas, would have to have a sip off of the top 3 to see which ones best lol but lean pro 8 vanilla is definitely impressive.

    Whats ur workout routine right now? Or what do u do for abs? Urs r sick? I know eatting cleans part of it but what's ur an routine like and how often do u do it?

    Josh,

    I have had 10+ years of core lifting (squats, deadlifts etc) before I got out of shape. I also had about 16 years of soccer that developed my core. I think ab exercises are overrated and the reason you can't see most people's abs is because of their diet. This is probably too much information but here you go. Here is what I did for my 12 week transformation in 2012 you can see what I did here.
