Thanks a lot brotha! Hard work pays off!
Thanks bro! To sum it up, I work them (along with every other muscle) 3x per week...the true key is finding what works for you...for me...loose form db side laterals gives me the MOST growth! Try throwin around 100 lb side laterals and see how your delts growadvertising not permitted

You got TONS of time bro! Just focus on actually EATING and progressive overload in the gym...I dont plan on going into a caloric deficit again for years
I tried that but once I had to drink 12 oz of orange juice my stomach just couldnt handle all that acid!
...
Idk what that means haha

Thanks a lot man! We all have our struggles...you just gotta eat in more of a surplus haha..i feel ya on the high intake
Thanks! Well heres basically what happened...I did the whole "avoid overtraining my lats" and entire body for that matter before...got no results
Began what people view as "overtraining", ate more, and grew faster than ever...deadlifts, squats, and bench 3-4x per week, working out everyday with high volume sessions...gaining size and strength simultaneously...so yes I overtrain...its not necessarily a bad thing though
Thanks! They are weak in some poses but look ehh here lol
Thanks man! Working harder to add more mass to em (just like everywhere else) hahaadvertising not permitted
