    I used a 6 day cycle, a very general rotation would be as follows:

    Chest
    Arms
    Shoulders
    Back
    Legs
    Day off

    As far as diet goes, I wasn't counting calories however I monitored what type of foods I was eating and made sure I got roughly 1g of protein per lb of body weight.

    I wouldn't say I attempted a full cut because I wasn't watching calories at all, however I was eating properly and took 3 months off from drinking.
