    When to change your routine

Was doing a full body routine for 5 months and phat for the next 4. I'm thinking about changing my routine to one that has more focus on strength gains but I'm not really sure which to do. I'm still progressing on bench press for about 2-3 reps per week and increase the weight after I hit 5,3,3, same goes for other lifts.
My question is should I keep doing a 3-4 day per week full body routine or should I start doing Texas Method/Madcow?
    My lifts are:
    Squat: 100kgx3 high bar
    Deadlift: 130x3
    Bench press: 97,5x1
    OHP: 55x6
On strstd.com are pretty much all my lifts on intermediate level. Is the linear progression considered as add weight every week or just improving your previous workout?
