Hey guys,
Just wanted to post a few pics from my comp yesterday. Was a awesome time and I learned a lot. I ended up winning the Mens Bodybuilding Open as well as the Overall!
This is my second show, I did my own prep. Felt like I brought the best package I possibly could have. Let me know what you guys think. I know I need to bring up my arms, hams, and obviously calves.
Feel free to ask any questions! Im very excited to share my experience and what i have learned about dieting this time around.

Great job man, congrats!
Not that I am anyone to critique, but I think your arms look proportional with the rest of your upper body. It looks like your weakest point is your calves, decent definition, just lacking in overall mass. Your quads overpower your calves IMO. Keep up the great work and good luck!

I agree 100%. I just wish i had a little more beef on my triceps and a little more peak on the bi's.
The lower trap thickness is from deadlifts. Im a really strong deadlifter. I also when doing rows focus on scapular protraction and retraction, one of the functions of the mid trap. However, I think its largely genetics.100% natty 100% raw
