    Cant gain weight at all,

    im decided to come on here for some help, im 25 yrs old, soon to be 26, and i only weigh about 127 pounds. I tried cb1 weight gainer, but idk, it didn't do much for me. I did gain weight before, from eating and working out, but i wasn't home, i was in a program, and it was mandatory. but soon as i came home, i lost it, i think i have the worst metabolism ever, i can eat all junk food and sit on a couch and never gain weight. im trying to figure out what should i do? is there any nutritional foods or supplements i can take to help slow my metabolism down? how can i gain weight without forcing myself to eat every couple mins, is there anything real high in calories that can help. im just tired of being this size, any suggestions would help

    Eat more... Eat calorie dense foods. Pop tarts, pasta, ice cream, peanut butter w/e. Do you know what your calorie intake is? because you may THINK you're eating a lot but may not be eating that much.

    Fats,carbs,protein do you know how to diet how much of each you should aim for if you calorie budget isnt working up it until it does. Lots of carbs to gain

    What kind of "program" were you in ? A recovery program for an ED ? If so, perhaps you should consider getting back into treatment.

    Most people drastically misjudge how many calories they are taking in until they start to measure and add it up properly. I would bet almost anything this is the case for you too. Measure and track your normal food for a week and see where you end up. If you don't gain add more calories. If you have a weak stomach just eat more calorie dense foods like previously mentioned. Peanut butter being my personal favorite to fill up my calorie tank when ever I am low!

    EAT. simply add foods that are high in calories like peanut butter, olive oil, oats, bananas etc. and make sure you eat plenty of complex carbs and proteins every 2 to 3 hours
