H/M 47 years old and weighed in today at 247lbs. Pineapple flavor is not bad, and like it better as I drank it. I have been out of the gym for 2 weeks and off Jack3d Advance for 3 weeks. I worked chest today and lacked energy. Not knowing what to expect I did get a good pump but no extra energy and didn't help with feeling week. Tomorrow will be legs or back...haven't decided.

2nd day...felt better mentally and had more focus...much better workout and had strength I didn't have yesterday.
