Speaking of which, 900 cals burned in 60 min on the elliptical? That seems like a LOT jesus christ. Are you sure that's accurate? I guess for your size it would be, and depending on resistance.

Also, am I reading you correctly that groin strikes are legal in traditional jiu jitsu because I have questions about that.

Have fun at your daughter's bday!
Yea, I leave puddles when we wrestle, my gi is just soaked have to wash it every time. It burns more calories than any form of cardio.

I have no idea on what the actual calorie burn would be, I just record what the machine says because it’s kind of a measure of intensity whether accurate or no. I was on 14 incline and 14 resistance and was pretty much soaked, but 900 would be pretty optimistic. Probably about half of that would be more accurate.

The Jujitsu I do is not a sport, so there are no rules. Groin strikes, eye gouges, throat strikes, etc are all part of the moves. We simulate many strikes to sensitive areas when drilling. Groin strikes we hit the upper thigh near hip, clavicle strikes we hit the chest for males, delt for females, eye gouges forehead etc. we don’t drill full speed on most of this kind of stuff. The intent is to be smooth and efficient. Judo is the sport version of traditional jujitsu, the moves there are toned down since it is points based compition, scored like BJJ and the intent isn’t to end a fight quickly by breaking joints etc.

Party is done, was not fun. Stressful having 30-40 six to seven year olds running around like maniacs. Wish more parents would have stayed to help corral all the little heathens . Nobody got hurt thankfully, we did have one puke which was gross. Luckily he puked in the playground area instead of our party room where the food was. He just ate too much then running around. Luckily his dad got there about the same time. Hopefully I get my $200 deposit back glad it’s done. I didn’t want to do it in the first place. When we were leaving my wife was like, well we aren’t doing that again .

    190.4 Lbs Pizza Gainz

Really heavy today, but like the way I looked in a shirt. Maybe I'll just be a little fatter until January, provided I can keep vascularity in my arms, abs are not a problem pretty much have visible abs up to 200lbs. Somehow managed to fit the same belt hole on my lifting belt which is odd, usually when holding this much bloat I have to go out 1 notch. Wasn't particularly strong today considering the bloat, but got plenty of work done in terms of heavy for me volume.
