Shoot. I'd love to give this a shot but I'll be pretty busy this summer and it's unlikely I'll be able follow the routine. Poo.

This product has DEFINITELY peeked my interest. I'm going to pick up a bottle when it is released. MT has been doing it big lately, and this should be another solid product in their line.

Would love to log this! Currently, I am running Lyle McDonald's Bulking Routine but on a cut of 2200 calories a day. I 5'10" and 187 pounds, with a body fat of 24%. I am trying to drop some of the body fat but I am willing to bulk for this log also. My lifts now are squat 195, bench 160 and SLDL 225. I have been lifting for about 8 months now and I never miss a gym day. I am willing to run the program as asked and log all that is asked. Have yet to do a log but I testing White Pump out right now to review for control labs. Thanks.

    My application:
    Info
    age: 36 (37 in July)
weight: 183, trying to hit 190 sometime this summer
    BF%: Around 10-11%
Routine: 6x per week - All muscle groups 2x per week
Diet: 2700-3000 cals, dont track macros like I should, but would track all during this log.

    Lifts:
    Bench - 225
    Squat - 250ish

Goal - Hitting about 190lbs+ by the summer sometime, and then maybe a slight cut after that.

Why pick me? I am dedicated to training, and am looking at switching up my routine, so this opportunity comes at the perfect time for me. After reading the routine, it would be a good change of pace for the new routine, and if this product lives up to the hype, my goal weight should come sooner than later. If I exceed my goal weight, then all the better!

Past logs? I have never logged anything in the past, but would be more than happy to do so with this product. I love the company, and would love for the product to work as it claims to hit my goals, and to prove that the product is legit.

I really hope you read head2's post below and take it into consideration. Clear Muscle has the potential to be a break-through supplement and we are using the exact same training protocol and supplement that led to the impressive 12-week study results. Why not give it a shot and see what it does for you? The people in the study had fantastic results and you will be given everything they had should you choose to use it.

Unless of course you plan on buying the product anyways and using it for your program. In which case it would be cool to compare your results to those of the people running this log.
Great point. The study training protocol looks very basic on the surface, but it is very intense and just following that program alone should lead to impressive results.

We didn't want to change anything from the original study parameters. Those results were beyond impressive and we want to give people the best chance of replicating them. If you read the study and/or watch Dr. Wilson's video, you will see how intense the training regimen is and why it works.

I'm sure some people will buy Clear Muscle and run it with a different protocol or for a different amount of time. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

I would love to log even though I probably do not qualify because I just started working out in November. Was 262 now 215.
I am a member of the #1 rated health club in America so I would be able to do all the routines with no trouble because I have access to all the best equipment.

What I do want to know is when can I buy this stuff because I will purchase it the first day it comes out.

I would love to be a logger for Clear Muscle. I am 22 years old and I have been lifting for around 4 years now. I believe I have a good knowledge of everything in the gym. I currently track all my workouts already, so I am proficient at logging. I'm 5'10 and weigh 156 pounds. My max lifts are bench 165x2, deadlift 275x4, shrug 415x5, squat 185x4. I can list more if required. I would be able to do the full 12 weeks and currently am logging nothing else. I am a highly dedicated person and am driven to make the best of myself. I can easily follow a routine as I'm always looking for a new routine to change things up. I recently got certified to be a personal trainer so I'm looking for something to help me get bigger so clients have more confidence in me.

    I'm in

The name's Seth. I'm an ex collegiate football player and ex arena football player. I'm super active but mostly weight lifting. My body fat is right around 10-11 percent. I lift 5-6 times a week andI'm looking to get more jacked. My diet is pretty strict minus some beers on the weekends. I work at a national rent a car franchise and work long hours and still find time for the gym and a good diet. I'm up for whatever workouts are entailed with this promotion and will mark progress as requested in the description. I take protein, CLA, bcaa' s, creatine(on the occasion, depending on the month). I'm heading to Vegas in a few months and would like a program and supplements that will push me to go harder in the gym. Basically, I'm willing to do whatever you guys say. Thanks.

    Arrow

    CLEAR MUSCLE APPLICATION.

    ABOUT ME

I am 24 years old, 173lbs and have been weight training for about 18 months. I am 5.11 and have been through two bulking and cutting cycles. I am athletic and tend to play a lot of soccer especially for my university (although the season is now over). I have been on bb.com for over a year now and have run multiple logs in this time to which there are links to some below including a Muscletech log. I understand completely the implications for hard work and dedication on this 3 month log, as well as the time requirements. However I believe I am in a very strong position to enable me to reach all of these requirements.

I am currently undertaking my masters degree, of which all the taught courses have now been completed which leaves me with the next 6 months to complete my masters thesis. This leaves my time free to structure as I deem appropriate. I would be able to concentrate solely on getting the absolute most out of this breakthrough supplement and completing my thesis. I would be able to complete the workout regime as dictated by the previous Muscletech controlled testing as well as track my macros accordingly.

    CURRENT TRAINING REGIME:

    Mon: Biceps and Back
    Tue: Legs and Abs
    Wed: Chest and Tricpes
    Thurs: Shoulders and Cardio
    Fri: Rest:
    Sat: Weak points/abs
    Sun: Rest

As you can see I have quite an intensive regime and would love nothing more than to power through the intensive workouts proposed by the Muscletech team.

    CURRENT SUPPLEMENTS:

    Creatine Monohydrate
PWO: WFR, Hemavol, Uncut, Rage XL.
Whey Protein when needed to meet my macros.

    GOALS

To make as many muscular and strength gains as possible over the next few months whilst staying relatively lean.

    5 REP MAX

I have never done my one rep maxes as in the past it has hindered the rest of my session that day. I will be able to post my updated 1RM's if chosen.

    Bench: 170x 5
    Squat: 200 x 5
    Deadlift: 220 x 5

    Plenty of space for improvement.

    MISC:

As I have stated I am currently doing my masters degree. However I thought I should throw up my application because I still have a US postal address (my parents house) and I feel like Muscletech are looking for more loggers because a few have been scared away by the intensity required of the log. One more consideration: I am in Vietnam and Thailand from the 7th til the 24th of May. If this is an issue please, regretfully, disregard my application.

    FINALLY:

I would love to complete this log and do this supplement the justice that it is said to deserve. As a highly motivated, dedicated individual who has a very manageable time frame over the upcoming months I feel like I would be able to meet and surpass all of the specifications of the Clear Muscle Log.

Fair point. I must say though that I am shocked at the number of people that have stated they plan to buy the product as soon as it is available, but do not want to be apart of this log because of having to follow this protocol. Just puzzling considering the results that this program yielded in conjunction with clear muscle......

I mean I know that for me at least (if I'm selected) it would be a change and hard to go from lifting at least 5 times a week down to lifting 3 times a week for that 1st and 3rd phase. Just because I love my gym time and getting it in. At the same time though, I think its worth the sacrifice, so to speak, if I'm going to be getting results in 3 months that could take people 1-2 years to get. But I guess its possible that once I started the program I could be thankful that its only 3x a week depending on how my body felt.lol

1JFS3, me and Dewey both agree you should keep your application up for consideration for this log. Just do it man

I'd post as much as you can to get above 200 posts. Post count at 12 probably won't help you get this product. I high suggest showing your loyal and get your post count up as high as possible to increase your chances of getting picked. Usually people get picked by showing there loyal to the game. **friendly advice.

This is good advice, but artificially inflating our post count now probably won't help. Post count matters to an extent because it shows that a person sticks around the forum and is active. You could have 50-100 posts during the course of a 12 week log, so we want to make sure that the person will still be around at the end. That being said, having all of your posts be in the Company Promo section generally does not help.

For this particular promo, we are more interested in finding people that have the training background and willingness to push themselves to the limits with the suggested training protocol.

I hear you. I myself read the forums for years without signing up or posting. That's how a lot of people are.

You have been around for a while, so that's nice. I wouldn't stress over it right now as I said. What people do in the gym is going to come first. If I were picking winners, I would look for people that got very specific about their training (I like the people that list their 1RM lifts, because it tells me they are experienced and they know where they are) and people who have their diets dialed in. Nutrition is a key component to any successful program and a lot of people mismanage it. I also like to see people that are willing to post pictures of themselves. Not only is this important for a log like this to measure progress visually, but it makes people more accountable. I know I feel accountable when I post my log pics.

i can always make the effort to get those things up in my bodyspace but i assure you my diet and trainimg regimen is very sound. I have no reason i wont be able to post up pics during the contest or be detailed with daily logs. I understand that this is a contest and of course im going to do everything it takes to win. All it takes to show you is you giving me an opportunity to win.

excuse me while I go max out on all my lifts.lol
But for real, do you personally put a lot more stock in the application of those that posted their 1RM as opposed to those that listed a 2RM or 3RM?
