Hello all!
SES was kind enough to offer a 30-day supply of SES Prime Cut. So, here I am to log my experience! I am currently on a cut.
Beginning weight is 196lbs. My goal here over the course of this log is to reduce my bodyweight, while maintaining as much strength as possible (duh, right?). I hope you all follow along with my experience here!

Just a quick update.
I had my upper body power workout on Monday (before Prime Cut arrived), and I must have jerked the wrong way during my DB rows, and I aggravated a herniated disc issue. Went to the doc and got some meds to help it along. This happens every 4-5 months or so, but I should be back in the gym I'm hoping by tomorrow. Obviously being careful about my back lol. Shouldn't stop the majority of my lifts though.
I have tried the Prime Cut though. The taste is pretty damn good I have to say (Raspberry). I've been taking my scoop in the morning upon arriving to work. It's actually helped keep me a little more focused which I love. Appetite suppressant is dead on, I literally don't even feel hungry until noon or so. Also, getting that fun Niacin flush about 40 mins after taking

Back was still a bit sore, so I tried to stay away from presses that would compress my lower back. On my shoulder workout, I really focused on the hypertrophy aspect and did a strict 60 second rest. I'm usually really bad at paying attention to rest times, so it was a good focus Writing this as of today, my back feels so much better. I barely notice it. Not sure if it's the sterons my doc prescribed or what but I feel like a new man, srs. It's so odd though, usually when I do hurt my back I can barely walk and it's awful for a couple days but then recovery is so fast. I'm not complaining, just don't quite understand it.
Prime Cut Thoughts:
Still loving Prime Cut. The Niacin flush seems to be inconsistent (again, it's not something I necessarily mind. Doesn't bother me). Wednesday upon taking it in the AM, I felt almost no flush and figured my body was adapting to the Niacin. Then today (Thursday), I experienced a HUGE flush lol. Appetite suppressant is still good at the moment, like I said before, haven't been getting hungry until noonish after taking it at 7:30AM. Energy has been really consistent throughout the day.
Question - Based on my caffeine tolerance alone, would it be feasible to take a morning scoop, and then an afternoon scoop before my workout? I'm taking caffeine before my workout anyway, so I figured I could sub part of the caffeine with some Prime Cut... Thoughts?

Niacin flush: I have variable flushing too, but over time it does occur less and less. I was always fasted when I took it, but it occurred with less and less frquency.
Caffeine: I'm super stim tolerant too. And since we're running similar stacks I'll tell you what I did. (Cover your ears, y'all!). I workout fasted first thing in the morning, so take that into consideration. 5:15am: Scoop Blast (~300mg caffeine). 10:00am Scoop Cut. 2pm Scoop Cut. And I still slept well. If I did my PM dose any later than 3, sleeping was an issue for me.

I would take it pwo if it were me. It's 200 mg per scoop, right? 400 mg a day isn't chit lol I usually take 2-300 mg in my pre before I lift. Need it after work lol
Glad your backs feelin better, don't rush it tho lol nice session man.
This is a powder, isn't it? Try shaking the tub and mixing it together, might help the consistency of the flush.

That sounds pretty good to me honestly. I think I'll tinker around with taking 2 doses to see how I like it. I like the appetite suppressant in the morning, because I run an iron forge type of diet where I don't get my first meal until about noon. Then I usually hit the PWO caffeine around 3:45 then hit the gym. Will report results!
Shaking the tub around may be a good idea to get the consistency more.. consistent. And yeah, 200mg caffeine isn't much at all for me. Usually around 400 for my PWO. So taking Prime Cut and 200mg of pure caffeine seems like a good substitute.
