    Workout 24 A 5/26

    Im logging in iSatori 6 wk Transformation challenge and just copy and pasting into here for now:

    Cliffs
    -> Tried new gym in RI since I will be spending the summer there
    -> Gym had very good equipment
    -> Saw Brandon Campbell there, was really cool
    ->Callous on my hand ripped and hurt like HELL
    -> Lots of jacked old guys there, one was wearing a mouth guard and reading in-between sets
    -> Absolutely no cellular service in gym
    -> Overall, a great gym and plan to go there over the summer


    The Workout:
    Main Lifts

    Bench Press: 135lb - 5x5 (very easy)
    DL: 135x10, 225x1x10 (Basically did 1 rep, put it down waited 10 seconds and repeated 10 times) (No hyperextension bench so I replaced with DL's)
    Squat: 180lb - 5x5 (I really felt like I had great form today, but the last set was so hard for me)
    Row: 115lb - 5x5 (Overall good, callous was annoying me and last set was somewhat sloppy)

    Accessory Lifts
    Chins: body weight - 3x5
    Skullcrushers: 40lb - 3x8
    Shrugs: 235lb - 3x8, 135x12

    -Moderate intensity
    -1hr 45 mins workout

    Supplements for the Day:
    Preworkout: 1 scoop c4 (Really felt it today)
    Intra: 1 scoop BCAA's (xtend)
    Post: 1 scoop dymatize cakebatter protein, 1 scoop creatine Mono, 2 scoop BioGro

    Thoughts on Bio-Gro so far...
    -No difference in shake texture, blends well.
    -Muscles feel fuller, tighter, more dense
    -Feel like I can workout the next day, not sore
    -"Feel" leaner, don't know if I actually look leaner haha
    -Better Pump

    Def worth buying, going to restock very soon.

    Diet
    Okay, so I want to cut during the summer, but I always go out to the nicest restaurants over here so its going to be a hard decision. An example of my last two dinners:
    "King Henry Filet Mignon" - Bacon and cheese on top w/ creamed spinach. Shrimp cocktail appetizer
    "Grilled Atlantic Salmon" w/ Grilled thick bacon appetizer
    Started lifting in March 2014
    1,000 pound total on 2/13/15
