Mines just to the middle of my lips right now and I'm still the same way. 10 freaking months now and still look retarded. Even hats look retarded because the mullet thing. Every day I want to cut this shiet. I'll probably just let it grow thru the summer, if its still terrible by September its gone.

That't why I cut them off often. This is the 3rd time I have grown my hair this long. I only have to endure 3-4 months of looking like a turd and then I can tie it.

Could you brahs recommened any products to make your hair stay the way it is and still look natty (besides hairspray, when I use hairspray my hair looks and feels hardened). Tired of having to put my hair into a bun everyday, but my thick wavy hair doesn't give me any other option, it's so hard to style

I only have two styles, tie it back or let it down. My hair does not allow itself to be styled.

Yea can do it past my chin still, it looks more clean now though. Also bought some cheap ass argan oil shampoo, my hair feels very soft and silky right now. I'll start reading up on those oily mixtures from now on, they seem to work.

8 months isn't almost a year. I'm 13 months in. It's only been in the past month that I've been able to tuck it behind my ears. I've had constant thoughts for the past few months about getting a hair cut. After staying strong and switching to girl conditioner I finally feel like I can see the promised land on the horizon.

8 months after that post which was 3.5 months in. I'm like 3 weeks away from a year. Still looks absolutely retarded. My hair grows so slow that I'd probably have to grow it for 16+ months to look like everyone else at 12 and tbh can't really see myself doing that. Going a year of looking retarded was bad enough
