So my calorie intake is 2700 calories everyday and 3200 for a refeed and I've been losing one pound per week. I know that one pound is optimal for fat loss, but since I'm 222 pounds and around 16 or so percent bodyfat, I'm aiming for 2 pounds per week of weight loss until I get to at least 12 percent bf. What I'm trying to figure out is how to lose two pounds instead of one a week. I was thinking of lowing the carbs on my rest days and add some low intensity cardio three times a week. I'm on a L/P/P/off/repeat routine if that helps. Thanks for any responses.
