    Quick question regarding losing pounds per week

    So my calorie intake is 2700 calories everyday and 3200 for a refeed and I've been losing one pound per week. I know that one pound is optimal for fat loss, but since I'm 222 pounds and around 16 or so percent bodyfat, I'm aiming for 2 pounds per week of weight loss until I get to at least 12 percent bf. What I'm trying to figure out is how to lose two pounds instead of one a week. I was thinking of lowing the carbs on my rest days and add some low intensity cardio three times a week. I'm on a L/P/P/off/repeat routine if that helps. Thanks for any responses.

    Lowering carbs doesn't necessarily mean lowering calories. You could eat the same amount of calories but switch more from carbs over to calories from protein or fat. I think it's more easily understood to just say lower your calories.

    By OP's post he was clear about just lowering carbs and not replacing with other macros.
