    When you hit reply, go to "advanced". Then click attachments and manage attachments or w.e it says. Then you can browse your computer for a picture. What I did was email a pic to myself on my iphone, (since i had no pics on my computer), then go to my email on computer and save the image. But to answer your other question, your scale probably isn't accurate; my scale says i'm 8% body fat when i'm actually around 10%

    i think if you cut down to 145 lbs you would be around where you want to be. assuming you did everything right (lift consistently, track macros, etc)

    Why do you want to know your body fat percentage? You're very skinny, you need to eat a lot first and then worry about body fat )

    I'm not sure where I am, I'm thinking ~12%, but I had someone who is a PT tell me ~8% (I don't believe him, but nonetheless, he said it).

    Sorry if the picture isn't at a good angle (I'm slightly turned)

    Yes, 15-16%BF. It will take some time and effort, depending on your caloric deficit.

    You're in the single digits. I'd say 9 - 9,5% BF.

    PT's tend to lie/underestimate slightly, mostly because likeability can be converted into cash.

Ever since I got to college I've cut all my bad habits and that helped me go from ~20%+ to where I am now I've been do ing keto for a week and a half I just don't know the practicality of it being at college. If i'm getting a deficit on a low carb but not exactly keto does it matter?

    I don't recommend keto or in any way complicating your diet unless you really want to. Being in a deficit gets the job done no matter.

    I recommend working up your TDEE, eating to fuel workouts and raise activity, that's some powerful ****!

    Endpoints target[time/weight] are close to impossible to estimate, too many unknown factors. I'd guess you could do it in 3-4 months give or take some.

    5'7'' 172 lbs - Also, any suggestions to improve my physique, like muscle groups I should extra attention to.

    I've also attached a photo of from the start of the y ear. Do you think I've made okay progress for 11 months? Sometimes I feel like I could have done more.

    That is good progress! It's a common way to feel though. You could work more on your chest and arms.

    Bodyfat is around 12-13%.

    I'd say 16-18% BF. You could cut some, but I have to say you're already pretty lightweight. I'd recommend lifting slightly above maintenance for a while, try to progress in lifts.

    Bod Pod last week said I was 12% BF. I honestly didn't believe it. I'm 5'11 and 183. Is this accurate? I feel like I have a lot of fat around my love handles and lower stomach. Am I being too critical of myself? Should I bulk or keep cutting?

    You look to be above 12% BF, not by alot though. Did your BP-test say anything about your waterweight? That's a real factor when it comes to looks and abs in particular, as water tends to float around there.

    Anyways, i'd say ≈15%BF based on the pics.

    Cut some more if you want to, otherwise feel free to do as your heart desires.

    Bodpod cannot measure visceral fat so it's an unreliable indicator
