When you hit reply, go to "advanced". Then click attachments and manage attachments or w.e it says. Then you can browse your computer for a picture. What I did was email a pic to myself on my iphone, (since i had no pics on my computer), then go to my email on computer and save the image. But to answer your other question, your scale probably isn't accurate; my scale says i'm 8% body fat when i'm actually around 10%

I'm not sure where I am, I'm thinking ~12%, but I had someone who is a PT tell me ~8% (I don't believe him, but nonetheless, he said it).

Do you recommend keto? Ever since I got to college I've cut all my bad habits and that helped me go from ~20%+ to where I am now I've been do ing keto for a week and a half I just don't know the practicality of it being at college. If i'm getting a deficit on a low carb but not exactly keto does it matter?

5'7'' 172 lbs - Also, any suggestions to improve my physique, like muscle groups I should extra attention to.

Bod Pod last week said I was 12% BF. I honestly didn't believe it. I'm 5'11 and 183. Is this accurate? I feel like I have a lot of fat around my love handles and lower stomach. Am I being too critical of myself? Should I bulk or keep cutting?

You look to be above 12% BF, not by alot though. Did your BP-test say anything about your waterweight? That's a real factor when it comes to looks and abs in particular, as water tends to float around there.
Anyways, i'd say ≈15%BF based on the pics.
