Hello everyone. I'm revisiting for an opinion on my progress since last check-in. I was 282 in the top half of this pic (november 22)in which someone in this thread said I was around 30% bodyfat. That sounded right to me. Where do you guys think I stand now bf% wise @ my current 261 lb body weight in the bottom part of the pic (last day of February)? Also, could I afford to lose weight quicker or should I stay at this same pace?
Thanks. Really appreciate this thread.

Thanks for helping Tucane! I plan to cut down until 10-11% before trying clean bulk by adding just 300 calories higher than maintenance. I want to know how long does it take to go from 10-11% to 15% if it's clean? I like bulking for around 6-8 months before cutting again. Or I should go to 16-17% with that period of time?

No sweat:-)
It depends on how "clean" your bulk is. So tracking carefully and being aware of your needs helps alot in prolonging a bulking phase. Small benefit in keeping fats lower as in skewing nutrient partioning the right way.
Im general people do gain up to 1%BF per month of bulking. Be a little more precise than the average bulker and you could stay in the range 10-15%BF and make it fit your preferred timeframes... also, small surplus -> small deficit -> More LBM.~ Feel free to PM me if you have any questions ~

I'd usually say 'as small as possible' when it comes to surplus. Around 250 calories of surplus should mean a weight gain of ≈1kg a month. What that weight will consist of is decided by your lifting progress and lots of other factors.
A smaller surplus would be practically unrealistic due to errors in food labeling, scale fluctuations and whatnot.~ Feel free to PM me if you have any questions ~
