From another forum, thought you'd AR boys would enjoy:
Dutch manufactured AR10 from 1958 or 1959. It is a Transitional model, between the Sudanese and Portuguese contracts. It was imported into the US in before 1960 and is a transferable full-auto. The wood handguards are walnut and bear the signature of the fellow that carved them. Only the early Transitionals had wooden HG's, with later examples using polycarbonate. The Portuguese contract rifles had the same style HG but used a fiber filled composite.Short Shorts Illuminati

dude shut the fuark up. you have no combat experience, you have no idea what it is like when your life is on the line and people are shooting back at you.
not srs lulz. why are you anti scarrr brah. personally i am sticking with 556 for fast follow up shots and I never go past 300 yards. But I have heard that they are good rofles, but I have also heard that the lmt 308 and REPR is solid too.

Nice! I might harp on you publicly for the zany purchases you make, but deep down inside, I'm 'mirin them just as much as when I stroke a nice Mauser!
16" circle is the minimum I'd use for 300 from supported shooting. That is... if you want to hit it nearly every time. But even then, that's completely dependent on what you're shooting, if you have glass, etc...Short Shorts Illuminati

Find a nice wood backdrop, clean the surrounding area, line everything up, get a camera on a tripod and in the shadow:
If I can take a semi-decent picture with my old camera, anyone can.
I was taught at an early age that land is really the only true reflection of wealth and the only physical (non-living) asset worth fighting and dying for.
Ah, better. Then either get an IPSC style target, I'd recommend full size or get a tomb stone shape (looks like a dude's chest).Short Shorts Illuminati

Thanks to Goldbrah for the post. Picked up at walmart for $120 and it came with the opener. This takes my steel case to ~1300 rds.
Went out to the country to shoot. made a steel target stand out of saw horse brackets and 2x4s. Held up great. Didnt tip over. When I was done the only part that needed to be replaced was the piece across the top. Hit it with .22, 9mm, .45 and .223.
