    Pre Workout and Creatine?

I'm looking for a new Creatine but I don't know exactly the top of the line Creatine is on the market. I was thinking about just getting Pure Creatine mono-hydrate and take 5g of that a day. Any info would be appreciated, Also if you have any suggestions of pre work would be nice. Thank you so much.

Creatine mono 5g a day is a popular choice.
As for pre-worokouts, it's all personal preference.
For example, do you have a stim-tolerance? If so, you have several choices for either low-stim or high-stim products.
And what are you looking for? Enhanced focus? Energy? Pump?

High stem. I got high tolerence, also for creatine I know mono is the best but with all kinds of companies having their variety of creatine I don't know which one too trust. I'm looking for pump.
