I am no socials crew, but all the sudden I notice a huge push for them to ban Tik Tok or force the sale of the company. Why all the sudden is this being pushed through Congress? Honestly I figured if it got banned it would be under the next Trump admin.

This... There is no oversight by our government and it's getting too unhinged. The government liked it at first when it served its purpose but now the real image is becoming clear and the government is in panic mode to get it under control.

They really dropped the ball by using at as a tool for covid mis-information and anti-Trump nonsense that they didn't realize they were just playing into the CCP's hands. And now it's hard to ban because people actually made tiktok their jobs and careers. There needs to be more educated historians in the white house rather than old idiots or fake phd historians who get degrees in nonsense social justice movements and couldn't point out China on a map.
