    Back in the Game after 10 Years Off

    Hi All,

    Been out of lifting for 10 years. 7 Months ago I decided I needed to get back into it. 7 months progress pics below.

    Weighing 185 pounds in the morning. Gonna get body fat tested this week and begin a cut. Hopefully I'll get shredded in 12 weeks for Holidays in Portugal.

    My pics of 10 years ago are still on here. I'd appreciate feedback.
