Bingo. Biceps don't take much, do a couple exercises and stick with them.
Triceps take a beating on my end and they show because of it. BRB hit on chest day+1 tricep exercise, worked on shoulder day as a secondary muscle, then given a day with heavy skullcrushers, close grip, dips, various pushdowns, etc. Triceps are significantly larger than your bi's will ever be so you should be more concerned about them.Deadlift-600....620

Advanced from a meek 12kg to 24kg drop sets now dropping 2kg each set. Kind of plateaued though... Can't do more without screwing up form (
