    Starting to cut, what bf% am I?

    Hey guys, I've just got into lifting and have just finished a 6 month dirty Bulk from 153lbs up to 178lbs. By looking at my picture what bf% would you estimate me to be? Thanks

    Assuming you mean your AVI, which is very difficult to see... High 20s at a guess
