I've currently been in contest prep for about 3 weeks. Eating exactly what's on the plan along with 1.5 hours of cardio . Lifting weights 5-6 days a week. Why am I gaining weight?? I'm so upset about this... I eat barely anything and run run run to gain weight ? This past week I've gain 5lbs. Insights??

Cardio should be a late addition to contest prep once you are at a caloric level where performance might be compromised.
