    I am juggernaut 2014 Allenwoodfin

    i have started a new DC (Dogcrap) training routine so here is todays workout


    Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps #2

    Chest Smith flat bench: rest pause 315 11 x 6 x 3
    Flat db flys: rest pause 55lb x11x7x6
    Widow maker- pec deck: 175x25
    Shoulders
    Hammer strength press: rest pause 360x7 270x6x4
    Upright rows:100lb X1
    Widow maker- db laterals 37.5x22
    Triceps
    Skull crushers: rest pause 100x10x8x6
    Widow maker- rope push down:57.5x21
    shrugs: 120lb dumbells rest pause 12x12x12



    Diet is still the same choclate protien oatmeal for brakefast, 6 oz chicken 1/2 cup sweet potatoes and 1/2 cup broccoli every 2 hr 1.5 gall of water minimum a day. thanks for reading
