Hey guys, I'm a skinny guy 48 Kg, 162cm 16 years old. I've been working out since two months. I'm taking Pro Complex Gainer atm to put on some weight.
I'd like to have your opinion about my supplementation plan.

Jul; Whey Gold standard + CREATINE Poweder ON + Opti-Men + Fish Oil

Your skinny because you do not eat:
Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.
