    My supplementation plan

    Hey guys, I'm a skinny guy 48 Kg, 162cm 16 years old. I've been working out since two months. I'm taking Pro Complex Gainer atm to put on some weight.

    I'd like to have your opinion about my supplementation plan.

    May; Nitro Tech + Amino 2222 + Opti-Men + Fish Oil

    Jul; Whey Gold standard + CREATINE Poweder ON + Opti-Men + Fish Oil

    Nov; Pro Complex Gainer + Glutamine 1000 Caps

    Feb; Whey Gold Standard + Amino 2222

    March; Phase 8

    Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.
