So here's a question for yas

For my cert 3 in fitness I need to make a workout for a special population client, these are her symptoms and goals:

Symptoms: Has a heart condition, Has type 2 diabetes, family history of heart disease, family history of high blood pressure.

Goals: Improve general health, improve strength in arms, lose weight on lower body.

Bit stuck here as don't have much experience with this. Cheers fellas

Heart condition is relevant in terms of exertion. Type 2 diabetes is relevant if not managed and if you are creating a food strategy. Family history may help explain certain feelings of ill or fatigue, meaning when he/she says he/she needs to 'rest for a moment' or 'doesn't feel right', take it more seriously than you would if a healthy high school football player says it because he is just being a pus*y.
To succeed at doing what you love, you often must do many things you hate.
