Hi
I've had tennis elbow for the past 5 days. I got it playing Frisbee which I had done following a strenuous upper body workout. I've just seen a doctor and got prescribed a spray and a pill for the inflamed tendons, he only told me to keep using my arm but I forgot to specifically ask about weights and wondering if you guys have come across this and if I can I lift some light weights, or will doing so make it worse?
