I will be deciding in the next few weeks when I will be competing again. Will have to make some big improvements to jump to the IFBB but ready to take on the challenge.

Hey everyone! I will be doing another Contest Prep Journal starting in September. This will be a long journey journal from September until probably July or August for my first IFBB Pro contest.
