Myo-Blitz
Taste 10
Mix ability 10
When the wide & I went for a walk in the morning after taking this product. I noticed I could do more lunging walking. Did not get to use product with weights this time, but looking forward to doing so soon.
I work compressed 6a-to6p shift. Not sure how early I can take this and be effective and be able to sleep at an early time. Maybe on Sunday I’ll take later in the afternoon and see if I notice any sleep issues.
Testogen-XR
Taste 10
Mix ability 10
Was wondering how a strawberry lemonade was going to taste but I was very impressed. This I will be taking daily.
4 mile walk at late morning then later in the evening 30 min on elliptical that is a cardio PR for me.

A little about me. Used to over 300 lbs. in 2009. Wife & decided to make a change. I was able to loose 100lbs in a year and a week or so using an “herbal” & “life” product. After finding BB.Com, learning more doing online comps I have been able to keep most off. Starting around late 2012 and just about all of 2013 I started to slip more & more. With family sicknesses and just losing most motivation I gained weight. 2014 I want to really get back but thing keep popping up but I am determined to get back to around 205lbs. then +/- 5lbs.
I have to get back into shape since grandsons are getting older & faster. We had 2 GrandSons = that is how I made my name Live 4 Grand Sons.
Since then one more grandson then a granddaughter, so I guess it will have to be Grand Siblings
This is my first log so I feel free with any constructive criticism..@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Woke up a little sore so I guess tomorrow will be worse, but in a good way.
Also woke up a bit hungry so warmed up some leftovers (not a great choice, but it was early). So now the rest of the day will have to be better choices.
Then I realized I forget to mix the Testogen. So hope to have an empty stomach (other than water) by noon. I'll mix me some then.
Only problem with spring is the freaking pollen!! I never had allergies but about 5 or 6 years ago it started hitting me. Yesterday I started going down hill fast.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Unfortunately nothing to report today. Went to watch one grandson play T-ball & inhale a lot more pollen. Went home and was in bed around 8:30.
Hope to feel better when I get home and try to do chest & back.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

In bed early again last night with the allergies/sinus, whatever it is it bites!! Since I am off tomorrow, I might try taking Myo-Blitz XS before I get off today. My shift ends at 6pm. I am a big coffee drinker so hope it won’t keep me up too much later than my normal bed time.

Well scratcth my last post. After my post went back down hill. So it turned to an early to bed early to rise. Woke up before 6am. Gonna make both drinks. And do push ups, sit ups & squats with a 15lb weight. It's too early to hit the machine. The upstairs bed/ weight room is right above our bed room. If I bang any weights too early and wake the wife, I might have to learn how to duck from a 15lb. weight.

Finally got to hit back & chest. Not as full as I wanted to, but better than nothing.
3 sets of each.
Pull downs
Bench press
Incline bench
From heavy to light.
Lights were to failure.
2 set of leg extension, both heavy.
Glad knee is holding up.
Since I am on machine I am not sure of real weight. Legs were both @ plate 10
All others I started at #6 then 3 then 1.
I am sure plates are 10lb each but the machine adds additional weight.
A great start if the week even though not feeling 100%.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Catch up time. Sunday evening / night and Monday turned into being take care of the wife time. She was feeing bad like a really bad stomach bug. So Monday turned into an off day.
Tuesday wife went to work (shes does hair & self-employed so no call in)
I ended up baby sitting granddaughter. Loaded up the stroller ready to hit the park with her. But wife ended up finishing her apt. Then the daughter came and did a tag team. Took the girl and left Gson#3, cause he said he was staying. We went to see my mom for her 85th birthday at her nursing home. The took wife back to salon. The #3 & I hit the park. I was able to walk jog for about 2.25 miles before #3 had to play on the playground.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. Forgot to add that my wife's last appointment was a RN. From the RN's personal experience that she had she believes wife had food poisoning. So for the next few days it will be gator aid and light foods.

So here it is Wednesday I'm up really early just finishing my drinks. I tried both together and the taste is pretty good.
Today will be like Sunday body weight exercises & 15 kettle bell workouts.
If we hit the trails today it will have to be early. Weather is forecasted to not be good this afternoon. Time to get my shoes on an wait of the rush!@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Report for Wednesday. In morning after having combo drinks, push-ups till hands gave up, not really a bunch. Hands & arms don't like push-ups. Sit ups was a lot better. Two set of about 20. Then leg raises, you could see an outline of me on the floor.
Made it to the park with grandson. Got a start but had to run go truck when light drizzle turned to a hard rain
Then at night hit the weight machine.
Bi&Tri 3 sets heavy to light.
Leg extension 2 sets heavy to light.
Rows 3sets as well.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

WTH it's so simple that I never thought about it. I was just picking a plate if too hard for a couple reps I would move the pin to less. Not really ever thinking about keeping track. I'll start that either tonight or tomorrow. depending on the wife's schedule for me.
I will say that while I cant really take the Myo daily for the full effect due to my work schedule. I have been having more desire to do more work with the weights. I really do like this stuff!!@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.
